One Shared ImpactEm Wallet
Supported usage-based activities across your account can be paid for using ImpactEm credits. Purchase credits as needed, with clear pricing and automatic refills to support your active services.
1,000 credits for usage-based activities such as AI phone minutes and SMS messaging.
5,500 credits, including 500 bonus credits (10% bonus compared with five $10 packs).
All paid ImpactEm subscriptions use automatic wallet refills. When your available balance falls below 500 credits, ImpactEm charges your authorized payment method $10 for 1,000 additional credits. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation.
Automatic refills are mandatory for paid subscriptions and require explicit payment authorization during signup. Failed payments may interrupt metered services.
